ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About some questions of joint-stock company "KAZAKH INVEST national company

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The KAZAKH INVEST national company in the amount of 49% to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2000 No. 1631 "About formation of Council for tourism" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 44-45, 534):

in appendix to the specified resolution:

as a part of Council for tourism:

"the chairman of the board of "National Agency on Export and Investments of "KAZNEX INVEST" (under Approval)" joint-stock company to state line in the following edition:

"chairman of the board of The KAZAKH INVEST National Company (under Approval) joint-stock company.

2. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2009 No. 1048 "About formation of Coordination council on the forced industrial development of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
