About introduction of export ban of the regenerated paper, cardboard, waste paper and waste
According to Article 8 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also for the purpose of support of domestic producers, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: growths in volumes of internal production due to release of competitive products and stimulation of export of finished goods
1. Prohibit export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the regenerated paper, cardboard, waste paper and waste (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of EurAsEC 4707).
2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for accomplishment of Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in two weeks to notify the secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on the measures of regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective after thirty days from the date of publication.
