Article 1. Add article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 25, 2005 "About fight against corruption" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 7, Art. 402; 2007, No. 7, Art. 660; 2008, No. 10, Art. 800; 2011, No. 12, Art. 837; 2014, No. 3, Art. 148; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 24, 2017, No. 1385; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 24, 2017, No. 1386) part 5 of the following content:

"5. Bodies for the state financial control and fight against corruption generalize results of organizational and methodical bases of process of assessment (analysis) of risks of corruption in the ministries, the state committees, other state bodies, local executive bodies of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, the state business entities, business entities whose share of the state in property constitutes at least a half, and also non-profit organizations, including the public associations, political parties, the international organizations functioning in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. Methodologies of procedure and technique of carrying out the analysis of activities (corruption risks) it is established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
