About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" concerning the beginning of office and applied and military and applied sport
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. In Article to add 1 determination of the term "sport" after the words "not Olympic sport" with the words "office and applied and military and applied sport".
2. In part six of Article 30 of the word "in departmental, All-Ukrainian and international Olympic and not Olympic sports competitions" shall be replaced with words "in sports competitions".
3. Add with Article 36-1 of the following content:
"Article 36-1. OFFICE and APPLIED AND MILITARY and APPLIED SPORT
The office and applied and military and applied sport is the direction of sport connected with execution by the military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies, rescue and other special services of the service duties.
Development of office and applied and military and applied sport is provided by subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sport".
4. To add article 43 after part one with new part of the following content:
"Athletes of the highest category who pass military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies, rescue and other special services can treat institutions of physical culture and sport or be appointed to positions in structural divisions to which functions on sports activities and development of physical culture and sport where create them necessary conditions for increase in sports skill are assigned and also the possibility of participation in the international, All-Ukrainian and other sports competitions is provided".
