About fight against dope in sport

This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic basis of activities in the field of fight against dope in sport and is directed to promotion of state policy on forming of healthy lifestyle in Turkmenistan.

Chapter I. General provisions

Article 1. The basic concepts applied in this Law

For the purpose of this Law the used basic concepts mean the following:

1) the organizations of physical culture and sport – the legal entities performing activities in the field of physical culture and sport as core activity;

2) dope – violation of one or several antiyodopingovy rules;

3) drug test – conducting the investigations or analyses connected with the entire periods and processes, since planning of carrying out tesyot before its termination with execution of the final resolution and conclusion according to the appeal, but not limited to it, with testing, investigation, provision of information on the location, therapeutic use, collection and working off of tests, laboratory researches, development of the conclusions and violations during deprivation of sports qualification or temporary discharge;

4) the Prohibited list – the list of the prohibited substances and the prohibited methods;

5) the prohibited substance – the substance or group of substances specified in the Prohibited list;

6) the prohibited method – the method specified in the Prohibited list;

7) Registered Testing Pool – the list constituted separately at the international level by the International federation and at the national level the National anti-doping agency of Turkmenistan. This list within the plan of distribution of tests of the International federation or the Natsioyonalny anti-doping agency of Turkmenistan includes the athletes of Turkmenistan of the highest level who are subject to competitive and out of competition testing and with respect thereto according to the World anti-doping code (further – the Code), International standards of testing and investigation they shall inform on the location;

8) KAC – Sports Arbitration Court;
