About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About Customs Service"

I. Make the following changes and addition to the Law of Turkmenistan "About Customs Service", adopted by Majlis of Turkmenistan on March 12, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 15; 2011, No. 4, Art. 80; 2016, No. 4, Art. 165):

1. In Article 1 of the word "state body of management" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body".

2. In Article 3:

"1. Its central office, Training center under the State Customs Service, customs in welayats and the cities with the welayat rights, their customs posts are part of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan (further – bodies of Customs Service). Self-supporting organizations and other its organizations also are part of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.";

"6. Total number of the military personnel of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and structure of its Central office are established by the President of Turkmenistan.".

3. In Article 11 of the text in state language to replace the word "operatiw-agtarys" with the word "dessin-agtarys".

in Item 11 of the word of "customs authorities" shall be replaced with words "Customs Service";

"13) according to the legislation of Turkmenistan establishes types of the paid state services rendered by customs authorities and quotations on them, exercises control over timely revenues to the off-budget account of Customs Service of the money levied for such services;";

after Item 13 to add with Items of the following content:

"13-1) according to the legislation of Turkmenistan performs activities of the customs broker (representative) and duty-free shop;

13-2) trains job seekers for position of the specialist in customs clearance and issues them diplomas about primary professioyonalny education, and also conducts retraining of specialists in customs clearance and carries out their certification;
