1. To state contents of Article 71 in the following edition:

(2) Rules of part one of this Article do not extend to the crimes connected with terrorism, extremism, the crimes committed as a part of organized group or criminal society, the crimes committed concerning minors in the field of the sexual relations, the crimes committed against health of the population except the circumstances which are specially provided by the relevant articles of the Special part of this Code. The specified restrictions do not concern to the minors who committed crimes in the field of the sexual relations.".

2. In Article 181:

to state the sanction of part one in the following edition:

"it is punished by penalty in the amount of thirty to seventy average monthly amount of compensation with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that, or imprisonment for a period of three up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.";
