Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 5, 2013 No. 131 "About procedure for representation and placement of information in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market on the security market dealers in securities and stock exchanges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2013 for No. 320/22852, such changes:

The word "origin" to replace 1) in Item 1 with the word "execution";

2) appendix 1 to the decision to be reworded as follows which is applied.

2. And stock exchanges (A. Naumenko) to provide to department of regulation of activities of dealers in securities:

submission of this decision for implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
