1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 5, 2013 No. 131 "About procedure for representation and placement of information in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market on the security market dealers in securities and stock exchanges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2013 for No. 320/22852 (with changes), the following changes:

The word of "two" to replace 1) in Item 1 with the word of "three";

2) to add the decision after Item 2 with new Item 3 following of content:

"3. The dealer in securities in case of detection of discrepancy of information placed in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market about the security market shall eliminate these discrepancies, repeatedly tax for placement in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market about the security market information, the stipulated in Item 1 this decision, no later than terms, the stipulated in Item 1 this decision.
