About modification of some legal acts in the field of land use

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 26, 2017

Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) in Item 23-1 of the word "local government bodies and specially authorized state bodies" to exclude;

b) in Item 9 to replace figure "9" with figures "10";
