About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following changes:

1) in Article 69:

a) to state Item 3 of part 3 in the following edition:

"3) at least three quarters of term of the penalty imposed for especially serious crime;";

b) add Article with part of 3-1 following content:

Article 2. Bring in the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 3, the Art. 156) the following changes:

1) in Article 50:

a) in part 2 in state language:

to add part after the word "uchun" with the words "томонкулорго to kotorulush мумкун";

in item 4 of the word "мумкун" to exclude kotorulusha;

b) in part 3:

in state language after the word "Tomondogulor" to add part with the words "zhatak-abakka которулбайт";
