Agree with offers of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development (further - Goskomturizm), the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition (further - Goskomkonkurention), the Ministries of Economics and the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:

to voluntary conveyance to Goskomturizm on the right of operational management of the building with the adjacent territory, at the address: Tashkent, Mirabadsky district, Ulitsa Oybeka, the house 18, Goskomkonkurention who is at the disposal (further - object), for placement of Goskomturizm in it;

use of the building of Goskomturizm, at the address: Tashkent, Mirzo Ulugbeksky the area, Ulitsa Istiklol, the house 47, for placement in it the subordinated organizations of Goskomturizm;

creation in case of Goskomturizm SUE Directorate on Operation of Buildings of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Tourism Development, providing on contractual basis operation and servicing of buildings and Goskomturizm's rooms with payment of its services at the expense of means of off-budget fund of support of the tourist sphere for the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development (further - Fund).
