About approval of the Regulations on registration of objects in the state register of hazardous production facilities and maintaining the state register
For the purpose of creation of the single database of hazardous production facilities, operated in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 5 and 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on registration of objects in the state register of hazardous production facilities and maintaining the state register according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of official publication.
