Article 1

Bring in the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6245; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4380) following changes:

1) Article 46 to recognize invalid;

Article 47 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 47. Aerodrome environs

1. The aerodrome environs are established by the solution of the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of safety of flights of aircrafts, perspective development of the airport and exception of negative impact of the equipment of airfield and flights of aircrafts on health of the person and the environment according to this Code, the land legislation, the legislation on town-planning activities taking into account requirements of the legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population.

The decision specified in paragraph one of this Item on aerodrome environs sets restrictions of use of the parcels of land and (or) the real estate objects located on them and implementation of economic and other activity according to this Code (further - restrictions of use of real estate objects and implementation of activities).

2. The aerodrome environs are zone with special conditions of use of the territories.

3. On aerodrome environs the following subbands in which restrictions of use of real estate objects and implementation of activities are set can be allocated:

1) the first subband in which it is forbidden to place the objects which are not intended for the organization and servicing of air traffic and airborne transportations, ensuring take-off, landing, taxing and the parking of aircrafts;
