About the amount of money payments to the staff of diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan for diplomatic rank and work with the data constituting the state secrets

1. Establish to the staff of diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following amount of money payments estimated proceeding from official pay rates in national currency:

1) for diplomatic rank - 25%;

2) for work with the data constituting the state secrets - 15%.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 1992 N 565 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 10, 1993 N 188 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 1992 N 565" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, N 8, the Art. 92);

3) Item 1 of changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 1997 N 465 "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, N 14, the Art. 107).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2005.
