Second and third Article 63 to state 1) to part in the following edition:
"The persons who got the general education and reached age of fifteen years can sign the employment contract for accomplishment of the easy work which is not doing harm to their health. Persons which reached age of fifteen years and according to the Federal Law left the general education organization before receipt of the main general education or deducted from the specified organization and continuing to get the general education in other form of education, can sign the employment contract for accomplishment of the easy work which is not doing harm to their health and without prejudice to development of the educational program.
From written consent of one of parents (custodian) and guardianship and custody body the employment contract can be signed with the person who got the general education and reached age of fourteen years for accomplishment of the easy work which is not doing harm to his health or with the person who is getting the general education and reached age of fourteen years for accomplishment in time of the easy work, free from education, which is not doing harm to his health and without prejudice to development of the educational program.";
Part the fourth Article 92 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Duration of working hours of persons aged up to eighteen years getting the general education or secondary professional education and combining within academic year education with work cannot exceed half of the regulations established by part one of this Article for persons of the corresponding age.";
