Article 1

Bring in article 14 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 264-FZ "About development of agricultural industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 27; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5748; 2015, No. 7, Art. 1017) following changes:

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The state purchasing interventions (further - purchasing interventions) are carried out in case of reduction of prices of the sold agricultural products below the minimum estimated prices by purchase, including at the exchange biddings, at agricultural producers of the agricultural products made by them, at the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs performing primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) conversion of the agricultural products made by agricultural producers in the territory of the Russian Federation, processed by them agricultural products or by carrying out mortgage transactions concerning these products.";

Part 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"7. Acquisition of agricultural products at the agricultural producers and (or) the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) conversion of the agricultural products made by agricultural producers in the territory of the Russian Federation in the course of carrying out purchasing interventions and its realization are performed according to the procedure and on conditions which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
