About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic 1 established post with the corresponding budget financing.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following change:

4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take other exhaustive measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of examination and legal support of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
