About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of hunting for the territories of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 23, 2015 No. 143

For the purpose of increase in management efficiency, protection and rational use of hunting resources and the circle in their dwelling, enhancement of rules of hunting for the territories of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 32 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fauna" and article 23 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About hunting and hunting economy" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of hunting for the territories of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 23, 2015 No. 143 the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of hunting for the territories of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Chapter 1:

- in paragraph one figure "1". exclude;

- in paragraph eleven to replace the word "standard rates" with the word "regulations";

- add with paragraphs the twelfth or fourteenth the following content:
