About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 826
According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 826 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

2. The list of interstate standards, national (state) state members of the Customs union (before adoption of interstate standards) as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil" (TR CU 013/2011) and interstate standards, national (state) standards of state members Customs the union is provided (before adoption of interstate standards), containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, to fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil" (TR CU 013/2011) and implementation of assessment (confirmation) of compliance of products, approved by the specified Decision, to state in the following edition:
