About customs authorities of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union performing interaction within the Eurasian Economic Union

According to the subitem 12 of Item 4 of Article 146,Item 12 of Article 371 and Item 13 of Article 373 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Code) the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Determine that:

a) submission of confirmation of state body of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – state member) provided by the subitem 12 of Item 4 of article 146 of the Code is performed by the central customs authority of state member in the territory of which there is customs authority of appointment, in the central customs authority of state member in the territory of which the customs authority of departure is located;

b) the direction and execution of requests about submission of copies of documents and (or) data according to article 371 of the Code are performed within interaction as between the central customs authorities of state members, and is direct between territorial customs authorities of state members.

If it is impossible to determine customs authority of state member to which it is necessary to send inquiry, the direction of requests it is performed by the central customs authority of one state member in the central customs authorities of other state members;

c) the direction and ensuring execution of orders about carrying out customs control according to article 373 of the Code are performed by the central customs authorities of state members.

In the cases determined by the central customs authorities of state members, the direction and ensuring execution of orders about carrying out customs control can be performed by territorial customs authorities of state members.
