About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of foreign trade activity by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178 "About procedure for carrying out and control of the foreign trade transactions" the following changes:

1.1. to exclude from the paragraph of the twenty sixth subitem 1.1 of the word "with complex of buildings (constructions)";

1.2. add subitem 1.2.1 with paragraphs the eighth or tenth the following content:

"between residents and nonresidents under agreements gazo-and power supply of nonresidents, their representations (branches) performing activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

operators of cellular mobile telecommunication within the agreements (agreements) on the international roaming signed with nonresidents;

national association "Belarusian railroad" within prisoners with the organizations of rail transport - nonresidents of the agreements providing settlement for services in transportation of goods, passengers, baggage and cargo baggage and other services connected with such transportations;";

1.3. in subitem 1.4:

state part one in the following edition:

"1.4. residents shall provide completion of each foreign trade transaction in full in the following terms, except as specified, provided in part five of this subitem and part one of subitem 1.5 of this Item:

when exporting, including under commission agreements, except as specified, the specified in paragraphs three and the fourth this part, - no later than 180 calendar days from shipping date of goods (transfer of the protected information, exclusive rights on results of intellectual activities), performance of works, rendering services;
