About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. In part one of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions" (of May 5, 1998, ZR-221, further - the Law) shall be replaced with words words of "intermediary courts" "arbitral tribunals".
Article 2. In part one of article 2 of the Law:
a) shall be replaced with words words of Items 3 and 4 of "intermediary courts" "arbitral tribunals",
b) to remove the words "or other international intermediary court" from Item 5.
Article 3. In Items 2 and 3 of the first part of article 17 of the Law of the word of "intermediary courts" shall be replaced with words "arbitral tribunals".
Article 4. In article 19 of the Law:
a) shall be replaced with words words of the title of "Intermediary court" "Arbitral tribunal",
b) state the first part in the following edition:
"1. The writ of execution for forced execution of the resolution of Arbitral tribunal issues Trial Court of administrative areas Kentron and Nork-Marash.",
c) "About intermediary courts and intermediary legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words words of part of thirds "About commercial arbitration",
d) shall be replaced with words words of the fourth part of "intermediary court" "arbitral tribunal", and the words "or other international intermediary court" – to remove.
Article 5. In Item 2 of the first part of article 23 of the Law of the word "intermediary court" shall be replaced with words "arbitral tribunal".
