About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) after the word of "resolutions" to add the first paragraph of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "and decisions of the conciliator of financial system".

Article 2. Add article 2 of the Law with Item 6 of the following edition:

"6) decisions of the conciliator of financial system".

Article 3. To add article 17 of the Law with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) based on decisions of the conciliator of financial system".

Article 4. Add the Law with Article 19.1 of the following content:

"Article 19.1. Issue of writ of execution for forced execution of the decision of the conciliator of financial system

1. The writ of execution for forced execution of the decision of the conciliator of financial system issues the competent court provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the conciliator of financial system".

2. The court considers the application of trebovatel for issue of writ of execution in three-day term after its obtaining. Trebovatel and the debtor are properly notified on time and the place of judicial session. Their absence on court is not obstacle for consideration of the application.

3. By results of consideration of the application the court makes the decision. The court has the right to refuse issue of writ of execution, on the bases provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the conciliator of financial system".".

Article 5. To add Item 1 of article 23 of the Law with the subitem 5 of the following content:
