About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. In article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law):
Part 6 after the word of "(share)" to add 1) with words ", and also share (shares) of the investment fund belonging to the debtor"
To add 2) with part 8 of the following content:
"8. For the managing director of fund, being the party of the agreement on management of fund provided by the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, as regards the obligations assigned to it according to the transactions connected with management of fund in sense of this Law, property of the debtor the property of the relevant fund, except as specified, is considered if according to provisions of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia or other law, obligations according to such transactions are subject to execution only at the expense of the property of the managing director of fund which is not fund. At the same time, in case of insufficiency of property of fund for repayment of the obligations assigned to the managing director of fund for the transactions connected with management of fund, penalty on not being fund of property of the managing director of fund can be imposed only in the cases provided by the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To add article 44 of the Law with part 6 of the following content:
"6. At the expense of the fund created based on the law and the means belonging to the managing director of fund for the property right it can be seized only for those obligations of the managing director of fund which arose from the actions connected with management of fund and are established by this law.".
