About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. In part 8 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law):

1) the first offer after words of "the provided fund" to add with words "(further – fund)",

The second offer "Civil code" to add 2) with the words "or other laws".

Article 2. To add part 2 of article 47.1 of the Law after words of "this fund" with words "(except for the obligatory pension fund)".

Article 3. To state part 3 of article 58 of the Law in the following edition:

"3. The rules established by this Article are applied also in case of distribution of collection on national pension, obligatory accumulative and voluntarily accumulative pensions, grant of the debtor and payment for use of intellectual property items.".

Article 4. Add the Law with Article 59.1 of the following content:

"Article 59.1. Distribution of collection on obligatory funded pension

1. Collection cannot extend to obligatory accumulative pension assets of physical person (during their accumulating) before he receives funded pension in the procedure established by the Law.

2. Collection only in case of collection of the alimony and the amounts on compensation of the damage caused to health, and also the death of the supporter can extend to funded pensions (program payments, annuities, lump sum payments).".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
