Bring in the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 341 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 66, Art. 1842; 2017, No. 30, the Art. 886), and the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 495 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2285; 2015, No. 50, the Art. 1619), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine and Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine

1. In item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee of the television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 341:

Subitem 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"12) takes together with other public authorities measures to restriction of access of publishing products which have origin or it is made and/or it is imported from the territory of the state aggressor, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, according to the legislation;";

2) to add the Provision with subitems 12-1 - 12-5 following contents:

"12-1) issues (refuses issue, cancels) the import permit of the publishing products having origin or is made and/or it is imported from the territory of the state aggressor, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine;
