About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.08.98 No. 622

According to the Laws of Ukraine of December 23, 2015 to No. 901-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About National police", "About National police", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 "About approval of the Regulations on National police", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 21, 1998 No. 622 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for production, acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation and use of fire, pneumatic, cold and okholoshchenny weapon, devices of national production for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, and cartridges, rubber or similar on the properties, to them, and also ammunition to weapon, the main parts of weapon and explosive materials", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 7, 1998 at No. 637/3077, the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

in the name of Item after the words "structural divisions" to add with the words "central governing body of National police and";

in subitem 2.2 of abbreviation "ROC, DDSBEZ, GUBOP, GUKP MVD of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Criminal investigation department, Department of criminal investigation of National police of Ukraine";

in paragraph one of subitem 2.3 of the word "Department of Inquiry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "National police of Ukraine";
