Make the following changes to "Approval procedure of the General list of persons to whom it is necessary to apply sanctions within fight against terrorism financing" of June 25, 2010 No. 124 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2010, No. 6, Article 568; 2016, No. 8, Article 1449, No. 9, Article 1585, No. 10, Article 1695):
1. regarding 2 words of "state bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "the relevant structures".
2. give part 3 in the following edition:
"3. The general List consists of the Internal list established according to the 6th part of this Procedure based on the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic and international treaties which party it is also the International List established according to part 12 of this Procedure based on relevant resolutions of the United Nations.".
3. in part 6 after words of "border service" to add with words ", Services of foreign intelligence of the Azerbaijan Republic" and in the specified part of the word", Service of foreign intelligence (further - the Service of state security, Service of foreign intelligence)" shall be replaced with words "(further - Service of state security)".
