About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new paragraph of the following content:

"This Law, according to Chapter 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production", establishes also conditions and procedure for execution of public legal monetary claims so as far as its regulations in fact (mutatis mutandis) are applicable to execution of the indisputable administrative act.".

Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:

To remove 1) from the title the word "judicial",

Part 1 to add 2) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) indisputable administrative acts – according to the procedure, established by Chapter 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production".".

Article 3. Part 1 of article 37 of the Law to add Item 9 of the following content:

"9) the administrative court accepted the claim for monetary claim in production, subject to execution.".

Article 4. To add part 2 of article 44 of the Law with item 4 of the following content:

"4) in case of execution of the administrative determination about seizure of the property belonging to the defendant for the purpose of ensuring execution of public legal monetary claims.".

Article 5. To recognize part 1 of article 72.1 of the Law invalid.

Article 6. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
