About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) after the words "it is writ of execution" to add article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with words ", and also the application submitted with observance of requirements of part 4 of article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production".

Article 2. Add the Law with Article 31.1 of the following content:

"Article 31.1. Return of documents on execution of public legal monetary claim to administrative authority

1. If not compliance to the requirements provided by part 4 of article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production" and also if the monetary claim which is subject to collection from physical person exceeds two hundred thousand dram, and also in case of discrepancy to the requirements provided by part 2.1 of article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production" the forced contractor returns the submitted documents in administrative authority.".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 41 of the Law with Items 5.1 and 5.2 of the following content:

"5. 1) the administrative act which is the basis for public legal monetary claim judicially is disputed"

5. 2) the actions directed to execution of requirements of the administrative determination about seizure ended.".

Article 4. To add part 1 of article 42 of the Law with Items 11-15 of the following content:
