About modification of the Procedure for application of electricity tariffs

According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" and "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for application of electricity tariffs approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of April 23, 2012 No. 498, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2012 at No. 599/20912 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

2) in Item 2:
