About modification of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" rather transport servicing of persons with disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the fourth article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" (2006, 36) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 2-3, in the following edition:

"Disabled people, handicapped children who undergo rehabilitation in rehabilitation organizations are provided with rehabilitation organizations free transport servicing according to the procedure, determined by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of work and social policy".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in month from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
