About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 to add article 44.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with item 4 of the following content:
"4) in case of payment into the deposit account of service of forced execution of the amount of final settlement of contractual cost by person having the right to real estate acquisition in the building under construction in finished (received state registration based on the act of the termination) separate unit of the apartment or subdivided building belonging to the debtor by right on property.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
