Article 1. Part 1 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law):

Article 2. Add the Law with Article 44.2 of the following content:
"Article 44.2. Application of restriction for property of the debtor
1. Application of restriction for property of the debtor includes inventory count of personal estate of the debtor and registration of restriction to it in the single register according to the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About registration of the secure rights to personal estate".
The property, the stipulated in Article 51 this Law belonging to the debtor is not subject to inventory count by the forced contractor.
2. Restriction is applied:
1) based on the court order,
2) based on the administrative determination about application of restriction for the property belonging to the defendant,
3) during execution of public legal monetary claims.
3. The forced contractor makes the decision on application of restriction for property of the debtor.
4. The priority and priority from property value with the applied restriction are determined according to the procedure, established by Chapter 14.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia.
5. On inventory count the forced contractor in writing reports to trebovatel not later than three days before carrying out inventory count about time and work location. Absence of trebovatel is not prohibition for implementation of works on inventory count.
