About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services"

Article 1. "About trade and services" of November 24, 2004 (further – the Law) to state concept of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-134 in the following edition:
"the organizer of the place of implementation of trade – the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur, in the cases established by this Law the organizations of the place of implementation of trade which acquired the license for realization and places of implementation of trade organizing work having the obligations established by this Law and the rights".
Article 2. To state article 3.1 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 3.1. Notification on implementation of activities for the organization of the place of implementation of trade
1. Any person who wants to be engaged in organization activity of shopping centers, the markets of consumer goods and agricultural products (in the case established by part 2 of this Article) from organization types of places of implementation of trade, shall notify on it the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia.
2. The organizer of the markets of agricultural products shall notify on activities implementation if in the territories of the market sale of food is performed, and shopping facilities are effective. Provisions of part of 1 this Article do not extend to the territories alienated in the prevailing public concerns according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the state and social needs", for also outside settlements of the Republic of Armenia, except as specified the organizations of places of implementation of trade only by means of mobile open outlets (trade little tables).
