About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-134 "About trade and services" of November 24, 2004 (further – the Law) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The questions connected by the trade and services performed by means of the means of communication providing electronic communication are regulated by Chapter 4.1 of the Law. Rules of Chapter 4.1 are applicable to television trade if the law does not provide other or if application of the specified rules does not contradict its essence.".
Article 2. Add the Law with Chapter 4.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 4.1 Trade and (or) the provided service performed by means of the means of communication providing electronic communication
"Article 15.1. Requirements imposed during the implementing of trade and (or) provision of service by means of the means of communication providing electronic communication
1. During the implementing of trade and (or) provision of service by means of the means of communication providing electronic communication, the following information shall be available to the buyer:
a) priority of the actions necessary for the conclusion of the agreement, including, exact data on the action which is considered as the offer or the acceptance which shall contain the sufficient and drawn about the moment certain conclusions of the agreement, and also information on action which will entail the obligation on payments
b) restrictions on the goods delivery (performance of work, service provision) to the place specified by the buyer, prior to action of purchase of goods by the buyer,
c) the data connected with exchange or return of goods
d) restrictions of availability of use of the website, in case of their availability,
