About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the substances destroying ozone layer"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-218 "About the substances destroying ozone layer" of November 27, 2006:

Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. For the authority for the move of the substances destroying ozone layer it is levied the state fee, according to the procedure and the size established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" (is paid).",

To add 2) with parts 6-9 of the following content:

"6. The authorized body, within one working day after decision making about issue of permission, properly notifies on it the applicant. The applicant shall be warned by the notification on the effects provided by part 9 of this Article.

7. The applicant shall pay the state fee established by the law no later than within five working days after the proper notice about satisfaction of the request for issue of permission.

8. The applicant can not submit the document certifying payment of the state fee to authorized body. In case of non-presentation by the applicant of the document certifying payment of the state fee, authorized body after decision making about satisfaction of the request for issue of permission, by means of treasurer online of management system or the state electronic payment system, makes sure about payment of the state fee in the time specified in part 7 of this Article, and properly issues or sends permission, and also the relevant decision about it.

9. Permission becomes effective after the proper notice about the decision on satisfaction of the request for issue of permission, and in case of payment by the applicant of the state fee after the proper notice about the decision on satisfaction of the request for issue of permission, from the date of payment of the state fee. In case of failure to pay the state fee by the applicant in the time specified in part 7 of this Article, the relevant decision made authorized by body is nullified.".
