About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. To add part 1 of article 3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further – the Code) with Item 46 of the following content:

"46) the provisional agreement – the written agreement signed between authorized body and person, the declared winner in the competition announced for provision of the right to subsurface use by which are established the statement for acquisition of right to subsurface use with the purpose of geological research of radioactive raw materials, the request for provisional estimate of impact for the environment and terms of representation of materials of geological research for examination.".

Article 2. To add part 2 of article 15 of the Code with Items 14.1 and 14.2 of the following content:

"14. 1) establishment of procedure for activities of tender committee for provision of the right to subsurface use,

14. 2) establishment of approximate form of the provisional agreement signed between authorized body and person, the declared winner in the competition announced for provision of the right to subsurface use.".

Article 3. In article 17 of the Code:

Part 1 to add 1) with Items 20 and 21 of the following content:

"20) creation of competitive packet for provision of the right to subsurface use,

21) the conclusion of the provisional agreement with the legal entity, the declared winner by results of tender.".

Article 4. "Established" to add part 1 of article 20 of the Code after the word with words "general or competitive bases".

Article 5. Add the Code with Articles 20.1 and 20.2 of the following content:
