About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2017"

Article 1. Bring in article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 21, 2016 "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2017" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 11, Art. 893; 2017, No. 3-4, of the Art. 196) following amendments:

- add with parts 11 and 12 of the following content:

12. In 2017 to exempt realization of agricultural products from the State unitary enterprise "On Production, Purchase, Procurement and Sales of Products of Prime Necessity in the City of Dushanbe" from the tax discharge on value added.".
