About modification of the Procedure for application of electricity tariffs
According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 715, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:
1. In the paragraph the second subitem 2.3.1 of subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the Procedure for the application of electricity tariffs approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of April 23, 2012 No. 498, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2012 for No. 599/20912 (with changes), figures of "0,7" to replace with figures of "0,5".
2. On regulation of the relations in the field of power to provide to department submission of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 01, 2015, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
