About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 689; 2007, No. 12, Article 1218; 2009, No. 12, Article 948; 2011, No. 3, Article 169; 2015, No. 1, Article 10, No. 2, Article 95; 2016, No. 10, Article 1604) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 4.0.2 after words" (the state program on protection of aircraft against acts of illegal intervention)" to add with the words "and the state program on safety of flights".
2. Add with Articles 6.7-6.9 of the following content:
"6.7. Except as specified accidents, in case of danger of life and to health of persons which are onboard the aircraft for the medical reasons or because of technical defect, urgent landing of any aircraft which entered airspace of the Azerbaijan Republic for the purpose of ensuring passing with this air means of the customs control and other control provided by this Law is allowed only at the airport established by relevant organ of the executive authority.
6.8. The relevant organ of the executive authority has the right to perform on safety of flights on the aircrafts belonging to other states. Similar inspections are carried out with observance of flight time of these aircrafts.
6.9. The relevant organ of the executive authority shall provide persons performing checks, the stipulated in Article 6.8 presents of the Law, the certificate confirming their powers.".
3. Add with Article 42.1-1 of the following content:
"42.1-1. According to international treaties as which party the Azerbaijan Republic acts the relevant organ of the executive authority adopts state programs on safety of flights.".
