About introduction of amendments to article 97 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" concerning payment of lump-sum allowance to the police officer

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in part one of article 97 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, Art. No. 40-41, 379) the following changes:

in Item 1 of the word of "the employee of militia" to replace with the word of "police officer";

in Item 3 of the word of "police according to this Law" shall be replaced with words "militias or polices";

in item 4 of the word "connected with passing of service by it in" shall be replaced with words "wounds (contusions, injuries or mutilations), connected with passing of service by it in law-enforcement bodies or";

in Item 5 of the word of "police according to this Law" shall be replaced with words "militias or polices";

in Item 6 of the word of "service in police" shall be replaced with words "services in law-enforcement bodies or police".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Determine that in case of death (death), determinations of loss of working capacity police officers from among persons specified in Items 3 - 6 parts one of article 97 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" which are acknowledged as disabled people have the right to one-time money allowance or were wounded before entry into force of this Law.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide acceptance and reduction in compliance with this Law of normative legal acts of the ministries and other central executive bodies.
