I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for issue of certificates of payment of products of the Ukrainian origin by foreign business entity it (is applied).
2. Provides to the main state tax authorities the publication of the specified Procedure and appendix to it in the newspaper "Uryadovy of hens'? р" and finishing it to tax authorities.
3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the Deputy Minister of Finance, the chief of the Main state tax authorities of Ukraine Ilyin V. N.

1. The certificate of payment of products of the Ukrainian origin by foreign business entity during implementation of each transaction is issued based on the written appeal of properly registered representative of foreign business entity to the state tax authorities in which the subject stays on the registry as the taxpayer.
2. For receipt of the above-stated reference the foreign business entity shall submit the following documents:
