About Council for simplification of procedures of trade in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve Regulations on Council for simplification of procedures of trade in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies, local government bodies (under approval), to the state companies and the organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic to represent at the request of Council for simplification of procedures of trade in the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure necessary information and to direct experts and specialists for the solution of the questions arising in the course of work of the specified Council.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of National council of the Kyrgyz Republic on assistance in the field of trade and transport" of January 29, 2008 No. 29;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 29, 2008 No. 29 "About formation of National council of the Kyrgyz Republic on assistance in the field of trade and transport" of February 21, 2009 No. 135.

4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
