1. Approve Regulations on the cargo customs declaration it (is applied) which becomes effective in 90 days from the date of publication of this resolution.

2. To the State Customs Service:

in a month to approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration.

Regulations on the cargo customs declaration

1. This Provision determines forms of the cargo customs declaration and establishes procedure for its representation.

The cargo customs declaration is used for declaration of goods and vehicles.

2. In this Provision of concept are used in the following value:

the automated system of customs clearance - subsystem which is part of the Single automated information system of State Customs Service and provides use of electronic documents and electronic copies of documents on papers by officials of customs authority for implementation of customs procedures;

the cargo customs declaration (further - GTD) - the written application of the established form which goes to customs authority on paper or as the electronic document (electronic GTD) and contains data on goods and vehicles which move through customs border of Ukraine, customs regime in which they are declared, and also the other information necessary for implementation of customs control, customs clearance, customs statistics, charge and tax payments, charges and other payments;
