1.1. In Items 2. 2.7 and in paragraph one of Item 7.5 of the word "heading Committee of banking supervision of the Bank of Russia" shall be replaced with words 3, "supervising questions of state registration of credit institutions and issue of licenses for banking operations, or persons, them replacing".

1.2. State appendix 1 in edition of appendix to this Instruction.
