About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 and of March 10, 2017 No. 142

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383, No. 59, Art. 1945, No. 62, Art. 2034, No. 69, Art. 2277; 2016, No. 5, the Art. 274, No. 94, the Art. 3080) and of March 10, 2017 No. 142 "Some questions of management of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 686) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 and of March 10, 2017 No. 142

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777:

1) to add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. To provide to subjects of management of objects of state-owned property when carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy involvement of consultants for selection of personnel on non-paid or paid basis at the expense of the means of the government budget, means of subjects of managing of public sector and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.";

2) according to the procedure of carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy, approved by the specified resolution:
