About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and registration of vehicles" concerning strengthening of adaptation capability and step-by-step introduction in Ukraine of the international ecological requirements to vehicles

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and registration of vehicles" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 34, Art. 435; 2006, No. 8, Art. 93; 2009, No. 16, Art. 219; 2013, No. 31, Art. 360) following changes:

1. State preamble in the following edition:

"For the purpose of regulation of the relations on import to customs area of Ukraine and carrying out the first state registration of the vehicles imported or made in Ukraine, and also step-by-step introduction in Ukraine of the international ecological requirements to vehicles the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:".

2. In Article 2:

the paragraph one of part one after the words "The Omission on Customs Area of Ukraine for the purpose of Free Circulation and the First" to add with the word "state";

in part two:

the paragraph one after the words "The Omission on Customs Area of Ukraine for the purpose of Free Circulation and the First" to add with the word "state";

in paragraph five of the word and figures "since January 1, 2018", "till December 31, 2017" shall be replaced with words also in figures "since January 1, 2020", "till December 31, 2019".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

develop procedure for complex control of import to customs area of Ukraine and carrying out the first state registration of the vehicles imported for the purpose of free circulation and issue of the registration certificate of the vehicle;
