For the purpose of realization of provisions of subitems 267.6. 3, 267.6.6, 267.6.7 of Item 267.6 of Article 267 of the Section XII of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning improvement of the investment climate in Ukraine" and according to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order to No. 1797-VIII:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 16, 2015 No. 563 "About approval of form of the data necessary for calculation of vehicle tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 6, 2015 for No. 785/27230 (further - the order), such changes:

Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of form of the data necessary for calculation and collection of vehicle tax";

Item 1 after the words "for calculation" to add 2) with the words "and collections";

The form of the data necessary for calculation of vehicle tax for taxation object place of registration (form L) approved by the order to be reworded as follows 3) which is applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
